Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Please know that pricing for reduced service time will not be adjusted due to late arrival. If arriving more than 15 minutes after the beginning of your appointment you will be canceled and rescheduled with applicable charges. Applicable charges being the amount of the appointment missed.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings over 2 hours must be guaranteed with a credit card or cash when appointment is booked.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Greenville Spa respectfully requests at least 48 hour written notice (via email or text). Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving proper notice, other clients cannot be scheduled in that appointment time.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. In the event that Greenville Spa does not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied:
Notification given less than 48 hours prior to but more than 24 hours before your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked.
Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
Sanitization
Hospital-grade disinfectants, sterilants and virucides are used to thoroughly clean the treatment rooms, all tools and equipment. Disposables are used with supplies that cannot be sterilized.
Additional Guest
Clients between 12 to 17 years old must have a parent present at their first appointment to receive services at Greenville Spa. Clients under 16 years old must have a parent or guardian present at all times. No brazilian waxing will be performed on a minor under the age of 18.
Children are not permitted to accompany clients during their services. No exceptions!

Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment. Treatment duration times are approximate.
Refund Policy - Services
If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact Greenville Spa immediately. Refunds are not given on treatments or product purchases but your concerns will be addressed immediately.
All gift cards, paid and pre-paid services are non-refundable but are transferable.
Valuables
You may be asked to remove jewelry for some treatments. Valuables can be secured with your other personal items during your treatment however, we do not assume liability for lost personal items.
Gratuities
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of services, packages, or gift cards but are always appreciated. General spa industry gratuity’s range from 15% to 20%.
Gift Certificates & Online Vouchers
Gift Certificates and Online Vouchers are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. If paying with a gift certificate or online voucher they must be mentioned while scheduling your appointment. Gift certificates and online vouchers must be presented prior to starting your services. Dollar amount gift certificates and online vouchers do not include gratuity.

No information or services should be construed as a claim or intended for any use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of any conditions of a medical nature.
If you think you are suffering from a medical condition see your doctor. It is important that you do this before any treatments are undertaken.
At no time before or during any treatment will we make any medical diagnosis. We will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, and or damage to any person or property as a result of any treatment, negligence, or otherwise. No medical claims or endorsements are made for any treatments or services that are available at Greenville Spa.
You are fully responsible for your own health throughout any treatment with Greenville Spa and therefore it is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically fit to undergo any treatment. If you have any medical conditions you are hereby advised to seek advice from your doctor before undergoing any spa treatment.
We may reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, asking to work outside of scope of practice, illness listed as contraindications, or as deemed necessary by Greenville Spa. The client also has the right to stop the treatments at any time. We assume no responsibility for any disclosed or undisclosed illness or personal injury.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a treatment without notice.
